More design roles than most job search tools, and often shows salary ranges. Goes above and beyond with additional context on companies, the founders, and the values. Makes it easy to find other roles at the same place. Batching can be a pain point if you want to apply to more jobs-per-day, or can be good, if you want to make it easy to hit a number of applications a day. Tracking app status is fairly analog, and it feels like it is more for them (and their data) than for you. Job titles that are served next seem to be more informed by the role titles you upvoted than the values you showed in the onboarding (which could be a good feature, but sometimes you upvote things based more on the company than the role). The apply with Otta feature is nice, and has future potential. Looking forward to seeing how this site grows and improves over time!
