Mileage may vary depending on the mentor(s) you select, but people do try to help (as mentors) and you do have a chance to give back (as a mentor yourself). Platform can have bugs, and penalizes missing meetings (even if there was a bug that led to this) so communication and kindness are paramount on either end of the experience.
