Not the most intuitive website, and not a lot of design jobs are listed. Formatting seems a bit haphazard, and salary info isn't shown very frequently. A number of the listed jobs for designers feel kind of like Fiverr listings (have flat prices for site design that wouldn't pay anyone in the US or EU a living wage). When they do feature roles with a visible salary range, the range is comically below market value.
