Y Combinator Jobs
Notes
Unique roles that basically no other job board has, but you can't be sure what kind of longevity any of these places has. It can be useful to be able to learn more about companies, click through to see founders' info, or see lists of all the jobs at a given company at one time. Site format prioritizes some fairly typical things being visible before click, like company name, location, title, etc. However, they also prioritize some less pivotal things like batch number and posting time (to the minute, if < 1 hour ago). It's also interesting what they DON'T show before click: salary range information. On click, they do typically show salary information, but they don't show it very clearly (base, equity, etc. are not always labeled, just a list of numbers sometimes). It is worth noting as well that job cards have multiple links that go to different places (company page, role page, profile creation flow, etc.) so click paths may not be intuitive or easily retractable.
