This site is interesting and has a lot of potential as a quieter, more visually-compelling, less toxic-positivity dealing LinkedIn alternative. However, it still is fairly young and not that well-adopted. The jobs board part is sparsely populated, and listings seem to stay on longer than the jobs are probably open. It does seem like they are iterating on the site structure, as comments went from private to public some time in the past year.
