Wellfound (AngelList)

This may be the best place look for startup jobs, but the experience can be a bit buggy or frustrating. Messages don't always send notifications, making it hard to ensure that you respond to leads in a timely manner. The site seems to be testing the idea of featuring profiles, which sounds helpful for getting visibility, but it isn't clear if opting in really makes an impact. They rebranded from AngelList to Wellfound, but the new branding feels more impersonal and cold than the prior look and feel did. With that said, it does seem like they are trying to test various features and iterate, so hopefully this site continues to get better over time.
