This site is trying to offer a lot of different things, and seems to be getting more robust over time. Having recorded talks is unique offering, and makes it easier to keep a finger on the pulse of the design industry. However, a number of their posted design roles have only a few fields actually populated, making their job listings less useful than competing sites. Their slack community isn't the most active, but they try to make it feel exclusive with artificial delays and unnecessary data collection before you are able to be added.
